Active Ingredients (Per 5 mL):

• Ginger Extract (Zingiber officinale) – 5 mg.
• Fennel Extract (Foeniculum vulgare) – 5 mg.

Inactive Ingredients:

• Citric acid, glycerin, natural flavors, potassium sorbate, purified water, sodium bicarbonate.

Directions for Use:

• Infants 2 weeks to 6 weeks: 2.5 mL as needed, up to 6 times daily.
• Infants 6 weeks to 6 months: 5 mL as needed, up to 6 times daily.
• Children 6 months and older: 10 mL as needed, up to 6 times daily.
• Shake well before use.
• Can be given directly or mixed with formula or breast milk.

• Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours.
